Job title: Sign Maker/Installer

Reporting directly to our Manufacturing Director the successful candidate would ideally have at least two years of experience in the following - or be looking to progress very quickly towards gaining this experience.
Fitting of various signs & graphics to a range of materials at our factory in Peterborough
Applying graphics to a variety of substrates, including window graphics, digital wall coverings, signboards etc
There will also be opportunities to install signage nationwide with our team of experienced installers
This is a permanent position and would suit somebody with a good degree of experience or someone who is willing to learn and who would be able to handle the varied nature of the role – interacting confidently with new and existing customers and suppliers.
Ability to interpret briefs accurately
Current CSCS, PASMA and IPAF cards (desirable)
Excellent attention to detail
Good communicator and able to be client facing
Enthusiastic with a can-do, problem-solving work ethic
Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
Be flexible and a good team player
Willing to work occasional shifts if required
Applicants must have a head for heights
Full clean driving licence
Understand the central importance of health and safety
At Fisherprint TLC factory in Peterborough (also opportunities to install signage nationwide)
Holidays – 26 days p/a
Probationary period of 1 month
Core office hours – 8.30am – 4.30pm (with some additional shift work involved)
